The horizon isn't level, but worse is that concrete monster sticking up from the roof!

agree with Ole, though I'm not sure if the monster is made of concrete
another thing is that the boat/horizon is running through the middle of the frame. Rule of thirds would work better here IMO.

Getting lower to the ground when you take the shot can also help, a change in perspective can make a big difference. This shot seems more like a vacation snap shot.
Don't worry about what other people think, just get down to ground level and shoot away.
