You might be able to get a reasonably good HDR image even "after the fact" if you create a number of "bracketed" virtual copies of your RAW file and combine them in a program like HDR Efex Pro. There is some potential in that subject IMO, including the long-exposure blur, of which the viewer sees too little, since those parts of the image are a tad too dark and overpowered by the blast of orange light at the bottom of the frame.
