Amazing sky. What post processing did you do?

The 645z picks up a lot of the details just because of what it is with the larger sensor and being medium format. That said, some basic & local adjustments were done in Lightroom, a few filters added in Nik Collections, and Gaussian Blur added to the water in Photoshop. I don't like overly sharpened or saturated images and the end product usually has to be dialed back a bit. I liked the way this one came out.

Very nice shot. I like the colours and the framing. But you could have cloned in a UFO descending through the clouds.

Awesome blend of colors in the sky. That medium format sensor must have quite the DR, it's a great shot.

I am going to guess that you enhanced the warm hues in the sky and water, which is nice, but it is not reflected in the light on the white sand. In a warm scene like this, I would expect the sand to also have a warmer tone to it. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, check out the horizon line, it is not level (easy fix).

Nice composition and I like that you included a bit of the grass on the shore.

Beautiful location and framing, apart from the horizon, which needs levelling, but the colours are looking a bit ... dare I say it ... fake to me (probably due to the filters you applied or even combined). Near the sun, the larger-res version on Flickr suggests, you missed what looks like a sensor-dust spot, and in the distance, there is a speck that could be taken for sensor dust even if it's a bird (both easy to clone out). Not sure if I like the artificial blur on the water either, but maybe that's just me. Don't get me wrong: I see a lot of potential in the image, it's probably just that my approach to processing it would have been quite different.

Indeed, a nice image, but I was also struck by what appears to be a mismatch between the warmth of the sky and the coldness of the colours on the beach. Still, an appealing image.

Generally, I love it. In PP just level the horizon.
