Cool looking CityScape photo. I like the S shape highway which lead viewer eyes to the downtown Seattle.
If it possible, I would try:
1. Using a longer lens next time to skip over the fence and capture only part with a lot of skyscrapers in the middle-right of the image and the highway's curve in-front of it.
2. Or if use the same lens and it is possible to walk closer to the fence I would do it. The fence and the road that run parallel to the fence are a kind of distracting my eyes.

I would try to crop out the bottom part, and make the darks a bit brighter. But I like it!

Its a very nice shot, taken at just the right time of day, the traffic trails lead your eye in.
But I would lose the fence & road in the foreground. Cropping that out would make a huge improvement IMO.

Yeah, try cropping the top and bottom of the image - makes a pretty effective letterbox/panorama format.

Cropping the fence turns the S into a C :-/ could the picture have been taken over the fence, so the visible parts of the highway would not have been through the chainlink?

That's nice and clean, and I second what people are saying about the leading lines: I suppose that holds true for a lot of cities with big roads if you do a long exposure. It definitely sets a nice feeling.

I'd be chuffed with that photo but I'd be itching to go back and do it again as it is such a great scene.

Lucky you
