The bird has nice details, focus is where it's supposed to be and the colors appear natural and not artificially oversaturated.
In general I like the pp done in the image except it's maybe a little underexposed.

I think it's a good picture overall but in my opinion there is still some room for improvement in future attempts.
The birds eye is placed slightly left of the centre so he looks out of the frame, while breaking this compositional convention of looking into the frame can sometimes be desireable it doesn't quite work for me in this case. There is some unused space on the right side, so a little cropping there might help to get the birds eye at least in the centre of the image but I would have prefered a slight pan to the left, to include more of the object he is sitting on.

Another issue for me is the somewhat too similar color of the background to the birds feathers. The bird is somewhat blending into the background and therefore the red color of the object he is sitting on gets a little to prominent too.
Besides from a somewhat over the top background replacement there is not much to be done to remedy that, but for future attempts maybe change your position to get a more dissimilar background to highlight the bird, or try again in better lighting (sun on the bird but shadows in the background or something like this)

Agree with othar that the image is underexposed. I suspect due to the bright white of the feeder.

The framing is a bit tight at the bottom and loose at the top. I would crop a bit off the top and right for balance.
