Spectacularly sharp reflection and nice line of fog dividing that hill to the right from the mountains in the back. Would have been nice if the rocks on the right were a little closer to the bottom of the frame imho, but I understand how that would prove difficult at that place

I think if you crop from the bottom, the frame will turn out better. Besides, the bottom has such an unpleasant dirty color.

I agree with cropping from the bottom, but not because of the color of the reflecting clouds, I think the dark rock formation on the right side of the lake is better balanced in the composition when closer to the lower edge.

Terrific shot! I do agree that cropping the bottom 20% would bring the hills and their reflection into the bottom 2/3s and make this pop.

I agree that it’s a good shot. I don’t think I’d change the framing, but I’d adjust the blown highlights on the top half. The exposure for the reflection is pretty well spot on, but I often find that I have to adjust the original or the reflection that way.

This! and lifting up some shadow details and adding a bit more contrast (LCA) on the foreground objects would benefit the image. Some tuning of the clouds to manage the highlights would help as well. Overall a very pleasant image with a high potential. TFS

I agree that a little cropping would help - I would take a bit off the bottom just so the image wouldn't be so dead centered.

The colors are really nice and the lighting is beautiful. I'm not sure that I enjoy the tension I get from the rock on the right being right up to the edge. It feels at odds with the calm scene. Perhaps a slight crop from the right and bottom just so that our eye goes back to the rest of the scene? Just my two cents. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for responding.
I was thinking more like this to the original
I hope its ok that I screenshotted so I could demonstrate what I had in mind.
The top one is in regards to a crop from bottom and from the right to reduce focus on the rock.

The bottom is the one where others suggested about cropping from the bottom only. Both change the look a little. But honestly, its a great image. Hopefully this helps you decide what you like best about this scene.
