Nice B&W. The bokeh helps with the verall effect.

Good composition and pleasing shades. IMHO some experiments could be tried


a. a wider aperture to obfucate the chain-link/fence bokeh that is apparent at this aperture
b. higher contrast between the fore and background during processing/conversion. selective LCA could bring out the texture on the flowers

c. a bit of crop on the top

Good name for the frame and thanks for sharing.
