I took a few liberties with your photo in Picasa. I am only an amateur, I do not have any artistic training. So, please look at my alterations appropriately.

Changed the white balance to remove the greenish cast.

Cropped to remove some foreground highlight, which, in my way of seeing, helps the eye trace the concrete path, and tucked in the right end some for the same purpose. Then thought that there was not enough blue water in the original composition to be of interest, so removed some of that.

Finally, darkened the blacks to increase drama.

Personally I lilke the orginal better but that's just me! I have many times played around with changes on the PP side and though I improved on the shot. Others did not.. I think there is a balance between the two. Cheers JIM

where is the original JIM is talking about? I only see one shot...
which is not bad, though there is missing something at the end of the path...
