First Critiqued Shots
Lens: 18mm Camera: K200d ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/200s Aperture: F8

Just posting some of my pics I like. Hoping to get some feedback, and start learning what needs improving. All comments are welcome, just don't be to harsh (picked up a camera a year and a half ago.

Once again, thanks for your comments,

Travis

#1 - Don't like the angle, but that's just me.
#2 - I like the colors in this one.
#3 - I'm not a big Black & White fan, but I like the idea of the picture. I've been criticized for having paths leading to no where, but I myself like it.
#4 - I would have tried to get in closer if it was possible.

#1 If you are going to try shooting at an angle, make it more extreme otherwise keep it on the level. This shot looks like the consequence of a badly seated viewfinder.

#2 Nice colours in an abstract shot.

#3 It's ok but you could have got a much more interesting shot if you had shot from the same angle as the steps instead of looking down on them.

#4 Would probably make a nice business card if the flower was more to the right, as it is, it's not a very well balanced image.

I like #2 colors and pattern standout.

And is that actually the famous Buffalo Subway?

Move it to the right like I said earlier, there is too much space between the flower and the right hand edge.
