Shot at nightfall actually a 30 sec. exp. I did "crop and shop" a stray building in the backround that was distracting.

is it just me, doesnt seem entirely straight, slight tilt to the right. Id also consider cropping off the writing in the bottom of the shot. thats exactly 2 cents from me

I like it but if it was mine though, I'd crop it to just leave the fountain.

I would say the same.
I don't mind the empty space, but the lights and blown highlights on the sides are a little distracting.
Nice shot.

With the exception of a tiny sliver of ledge still left at the extreme bottom edge, I like the newly cropped version. I like it with it's background surroundings intact, as you can see where it sits in its element. I think the lights on both sides do not distract too much as they are pretty balanced in the photo. You could try to tone them down by dodging a little. If you cropped it to just the fountain, it would look awkward, IMO, especially with the red car lights zipping through the middle of it. Due to those light streaks and some building window lights behind it, you almost have to leave some of the background of the cityscape and street around it.
