I like night swimming shots. Never seen one off the board though. It wasn't REALLY 1/10s shutter on that right?

Yeap, 1/10 lol ... i realy don't know how it turned out but if you zoom in on it you can see some blur.

I cannot get over that shutter speed! WOW. Congrats on being able to keep the ISO low .. at 800 it would have even had a faster SS, imagine!?

Was there a strobe somewhere in that equation? The light source appears to be off to the right and fairly strong.

Actually The way it worked is because of the flash, He and anything else that was lit by the flash appears to not be in motion because the sensor only sees that light for a split second.

If you look at the background you can actually see its pretty blurry.

We actually used two strobes. One that lights the pool that is pointed straight down at the side (which is at an angle so the light bounces up to the surface right away. we had to do it like this and it wasn't entirely what i was wanting but we don't have strobes powerful enough just glare off a larger second of the water like i wanted and the angle that was shot.

The strobe was snooted towards the other side where i was taking the photo to light him while he was in the air.
