Is that a Blown moccasin? I ran over one in a golf cart once and it was a like a spped bump. I have this fear of snakes which means we did not check it out. The greens keeper told us later that he had killed it earlier but left it on the coarse. Not sure why. JIM

sorry but I voted poor.
As far as tips go:
#1 is underexposed, it would benefit from tighter crop, removing of the white flower, some play with levels and curves, and bit of sharpening
#2 I don't like the composition, there is too much empty space to the right of the snake and overall it's kind of dull (in means of the colours/contrast)
#3 is good idea and I like the exposure (though you can still play with it) but I really don't like the composition. The orange light is too distracting, and you could have come closer and position the digger more to the right
and #4 just says nothing to me. It's empty and underexposed. Maybe different angle and/or B&W treatment would help.

IMHO

Sorry

BR
