Just looking for advice on how to make this shot any better if possible, be it composition, exposure, or PP.

OK - first it's a pleasant low-key night image with a smooth tonal range at the horizon courtesy of the whispy cloud formation.
What doesn't allow it to stand out is the ordinary silhouette - nothing for the eye to catch onto and enhance the horizon's colours.
So composition can be improved.
As for exposure, there's not much else to it - the landscape should be exposed for the night colours, and they may be perhaps a touch on the dark side but could be portrayed as a muted night scene as is.
Again, for PP there's nothing to add here - the fundamentals need working on before PP can come in and boost this image's impact on the viewer.

If you crop out the treeline like I show below, I think that the color gradient and crisp view of Orian make a fine image by itself.

Of course, enlarging a crop from your downsized image does cause it's own quality issues.
