I think you'd get a better framing if your cropped out some of the top to reduce the sky a bit and get rid of the gutter downspout. Careful not to cut off any of the right person's ear. Maybe find a way to clone out that hand in the bottom left, too.

It bugs me that the middle lady is almost completely obscured by smoke. And the person standing behind that woman's hair is distracting.

I love looking at this scene, though. The colour and contrast is great, and it just seems "interesting" to me.
