LoL about the excuses part.

Okay, on a more somber note: Maybe crop the left half circle weird thing out, and if you wanna go all out, part desaturate the buildings and bring the pole forward with contrast and colours

Sorry for the harshness but it doesnt really work for me. Maybe if you could give us an idea of what you were envisioning when you took this it might help me get into your frame of mind and get a better perspective of it.

Agreed. I think the buildings behind the pole would make better subjects. Exposure is good, however. The sky washed a bit, but it would that time of day and that angle.

I also have to agree that the subject matter really does nothing for me. Maybe you were trying for abstract photography but I'm not really sure. I would also look into a CP which would help darken the sky and bring out more blue.

To my eyes the WB seems to be a little on the cool side and I don't know what the feel for this was. Like the others said...a little explanation can go a long way.

Agreed-- back to square 1 for me. Thanks for the desperately needed reality check!

There is a lot of purple fringing in this for sure (am I the only one who sees it?) but it is fairly nice. The sky could definitely use some work, maybe convert it to a black and white and clip the sky to all white instead?
