Well the lighting is ok. There are a few things that should be done in a wedding portrait.

Make sure you get all your subject. The head piece is cropped another inch and it would have all been in the frame.

I don't know if you meant to, but your subjects are looking in two different directions... but both have the same expression, thus it could be that the guy is busy looking off into the distance and you have caught the ladies eye, but it really comes accross like there was another photog to your right. He was looking right and her left.

Good detail in the garments, her sleeve might be slightly blown, but the detail in the lace and embroidery are gorgeous.

They look happy together, and make for an interesting subject. Nothing wrong, just some points to think about.

I can't think of anything to add to what icy has already said. Was going to say the exact same thing about the womans sleeve being a bit blown out. I really like all the colors. If you have a more uncropped version of this you could take a bit off the bottom and keep the top so the head dress (hat) is completely shown in the frame.

Good shot. Skin tones may be a little off though. check the white balance. If it's off a little the bright colors might still look right but the skin will be off.

This is a nice shot but there are a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the colors and skin tone are great, but you cut off the top of her hat. Other then that it looks fine to me, sure, her sleeve is slightly blown out, but it still looks really good.
