Her outer ear is still normally coloured and i find the foreground object/person on the right distracting me. Other than that i like it.

Isolate your subject from the others. If you can't get them to move out of the way, back off and let them be part of the image and highlight your subject with selective color. Maybe even all her colors not just the costume.

I'm sorry but the selective coloring just doesn't work for me here. Her ear is still its normal color which is slightly distracting and out of place. Perhaps posting the full color version would get a more positive response.
