Hello Sunshine.

Hello Sunshine,
Thank you for providing the energy for me to convert carbon dioxide into sugars.
- Your dear buddy, some green leaves.

Here's what I got:
The flower is shot at f/10, 1/640, and 400 iso
The sun was shot at f/13, 1/6000, and 400 iso

Please let me know what you think about it.

As to the sun picture, I think it either needs more or less of the trees, or maybe only one of the two sets, two different types confuse the subject I think...

The first one is good, why the odd crop size, is it to pair it with the second one? Maybe with a different crop you wouldn't need to cut off the flowers...

I cropped the first one the way I did because it was the side of the photo, and I cropped it to the size I thought would provide a good focus to the photo.

The second one was cropped because I felt it left too much sky and left the diptych uneven if I were to just have the trees on the bottom. I think I'll give it another go with only one kind of tree.
