I have plan go this year to Spain
Probably mid September or begins October
I have 10 day max
Any suggestions or advice for destinations
I look preliminarily May be Madrid and Sevilla
Thanks for future advice

Seville is beautiful. The Gothic cathedral is fabulous and the view from the adjoining Giralda tower is stunning but the best place is the Alcazar. This is a Moorish palace with wonderful gardens. Make sure you get tickets in advance to skip the queue. Another place is Placa de España. Try to visit both during the day and after dusk for great photos. Another place to visit is Cordoba. The Mezquita is incredible. Cordoba is on the main rail line between Madrid and Seville. It is about twenty minutes out of Seville and is well worth visiting.

If you’re planning to go north, the countryside in Catalunya west of Barcelona is lovely. Plenty of spectacular places to visit, such as Montserrat high up in the mountains. Around Madrid, I’d also recommend the old capital, the walled city of Toledo (souvenirs of its famed Toledo steel) and Segovia which still has the remains of a Roman aqueduct in the centre of the town - both very photogenic.
