Hi, I am interested buying a light monopod for travel (to support my 150-450lens)
I saw this monopod in BHPhoto. Anyone has experience with this monopod??

What camera do you use? The 150-450 is an expensive lens, add the cost of the camera and you have a significant investment so you want protect it. Monopods by the nature are light, so don't worry about a few ounces. Do you travel by car or plane? A three piece monopod is typically more rigid than a a 5 piece, the trade-off is size. My advise is to go carbon for weight and rigidity, so perhaps carbon. 3 Legged Thing makes a 4 section magnesium/aluminum monopod that is 24" minimum height. It''s a little more expensive but great quality.

Another one to consider: shorter, lighter, carbon, more expensive.

Two more things:

1) Will you be attaching the camera/lens directly to the monopod, or will you be using some type of tilt head. You might want to do a search on 'monopod tilt heads'

2) You need to be aware of the maximum extended height. You don't want to be stooping over to look in the viewfinder.

Max height + tilt head + camera height = viewfinder height

Like others who have responded to you, I have no personal experience with the monopod you referenced.
However, I have experience with another monopod from the same supplier - I find that the pictured monopod can support all of 200+ me when hiking with my wife, so I am quite sure it could support any camera + lens to could carry from the car to the photo site.
