hmm if your camera back is weatherseal/waterproof then just keep your bag open abit during shooting, then before you getting into warm place, put your camera in the bag and seal it, then walk in. Do not open the bag again because you want to let the bag slowly warm up to the same temp.

What's in King St. between Bathurst and Spadina? I don't think have been to the area.
Beaches Boardwalk will be cold and you got nowhere to hide XD, but I don't mind ~
As you can see, all three locations are fine with me And this time I will be there! (sorry for the last time)

High Park sounds good too, I read reports of hawks and many other birds in the area.

High Park is great, I go there a few times a year (and jog there a few times a month). As well, there are sometimes birds hanging out in the Humber Bay area just south west of High Park. If a couple of people drive, we could do both areas.

There is only one restaurant inside the High Park, where it is kinda in the center of the park, beside it there is a parking area. See the map of High Park.
