I got this with a K100D which by DPReview's standards probably doesn't have AF at all (they call the K-1 "slow" and the K-1 is soooo much quicker than the K100D):

I take DPReview with a grain of salt, they rated the K100D the best 6mp DSLR out at the time, then 2 days later published a Nikon review that despite being slower, less features and more expensive got a higher rating and the tag 'best 6mp DSLR'

I have been playing around with film for a while now with the Pentax LX and Pentax 67.

Before Christmas I had some Lomo Earl Grey 100 ASA film loaded in the LX, and decided amongst other things to photograph the Hydro Grand Hotel the day before it was knocked over. These scans are as I got them back from the film processors - essentially unaltered out of the camera. I thought the Black and White grain suited the run down Hydro.

I still have so much to remember and relearn about shooting film, but I am getting there slowly in between the busy-ness of work this year.

Hey guys n girls, I am having a little clean up in the shop, and have a few Pentax items that i would love to find new homes for. Including a Genuine Pentax K mount adapter, and Genuine Pentax 77mm Lens hood PH-RBJ for the 16-50mm * lens both still in packaging never used, the lens hood i will take $39 for and the mount adapter normal RRP is $129 i will take $75 for it

I always grab the FA 43/1.9 when I want a "normal" lens and found out that I became a "prime only" shooter, so the Sigma zoom is not getting used either.
