Same! I had to read it twice before I saw "rose" not "nose"

Bob, you've been sleeping in the cutlery drawer again, I see. (Very sharp)

The problem, of course, with the word "droll", is that in my home language, that means "turd". I wonder if there's a connection.

Well some less sensitive types have described it as a 2 car garage--- so I guess I am used to it.

So, with both Laws and the offending effluent now gone - has the smell improved? Actually, Annie says we'll be visiting Wanganui soon as she's going to run a half marathon there.

I'm looking to add a flash to my gear. I know the basic concepts but would like to know about off camera wireless triggers and how all of that works with Pentax.

Am keen on that approach of using a higher shutter speed to darken the background and a High Speed Sync capable flash to illuminate my subject mater, (or the potential use of ND filters on the front to achieve the same result with a non HSS capable flash).

There just seems to be a huge range of Pentax capable flash units available across a wide range of prices.
Obvious differences like can swivel up/down etc are ok, but some of the finer points are lost on me presently.
The likes of Cactus and Yongnuo do cheaper stuff, but is that Pentax compatible and what am I missing out on going a non Pentax route?

I am on a budget and also have family travelling to the UK briefly over Christmas, so could look to purchase something overseas if cheaper.

Any thoughts or feelings on the subject are appreciated, as well as any pointers elsewhere on this forum for advice/info.

Cheers, Richard.
