So I noticed on Flickr that My shots with a Pentax lens are registered in the EXIF data and every shot with them will show up, however no data is recorded for third party lens like my Sigma. Is this normal? Could it be that my k-50 is too old to know the Sigma profile?
It's likely the opposite, especially if the Sigma lens is older. In my experience (and per my LR catalogue) Sigma lenses are often reported as "Sigma Lens". The chip in the lens doesn't always communicate fully with the body it is mounted on.

Yeah. I put auctions like that on my watchlist just for laughs.
If you're feeling especially naughty you can put a bid on -and then withdraw it

No, I won't do that. A bid is (so far as I'm aware) a legal offer to purchase.

I just won a filter on trademe and when you bid it tells you that you are legally obligated to complete the transaction if won. I think I got a good deal. 77mm Hoya ND 2.7 for $35. Now just need a 77mm CP
Small world though, after I won the item it tells you the sellers name, and two minutes later I was on instagram and tagged in a photo of someone I follow was the girl I bought the filter off.

So if someone drowns in the river, can the river be done for manslaughter?
Would they lock it up and make it do hard labour? Already seem to have done that to quite a few other rivers around NZ.

If you get splashed, is that considered rape?.... harassment at least lol. From the management side of things (spiritual, not financial) I think it's brilliant and having two reps is good also.

So when Gub takes a photo of the river from his back yard, does that make him some kind of pervert?

Only if he stores the photos of the river in a folder on his PC called "rivers".

But that's a sports photo - can't do that with Pentax!!

Hope you got compensated accordingly for the pic. Even the local rags have a budget for that.
