Ouch, sorry to hear.

Hope you are on the mend already.

BTW, your pic isn't showing (at least for me).

Improving slowly. I went out with my daughter to 'Walk in the park in the Dark' event last night, and it wasn't too bad going up hill, but coming back down it was pretty painful, although surprisingly it's not too bad today.

I've tried updating the picture link in case my sharing from Google Photos wasn't picking up the public link. I tested in incognito mode and it showed up, so hopefully you can see it.

Very common in the scrublands at the mo. Once you spot your first you will see millions.

There are a number of ways.
See this thread for more information: How to upload / link photos - BEGINNERS START HERE - PentaxForums.com

If you want to link to photos posted off-site, then you need to copy and past the link to that image, and add [IMG] to the front of the link and [/IMG] behind the link.

If you have a Flickr account, when you click Share on the Flickr page, one of the options is for "BBCode". You can copy that code and paste it directly into a post here. That tends to be how I post my photos here. Alternatively you can "attach" photos to a post (see the Manage Attachments button below the text box when writing a post), which will always appear below your text. However space for those is limited. Supporting the site with a donation will increase that space.

Now, that's interesting. I've been there quite a number of times. Obviously, not the right time!

Thanks, Mark! How dumb am I. In celebration, here's a shot of Paraparaumu taken from Kapiti island that I took during our 2018 visit. (PLM55-300 at 55mm, f7.1) Hope to go back next year!
