With my KP I have an embarrassing set of choices.
Wide would normally fall to da15 or da14 or da12-24. The problem is I want to do some Astro. Std would probably fall to 18-135 that’s a forgiving range for a one body one lens solution but I also have the smc dal 18-50 which keeps down size, or the da20-40. Telephoto is interesting, my older smc da 55-300 is one choice. Another option is to get the hd plm version of the lens. I have heavier larger lenses like the da60-250 and fa300 as well as the hd da 1.4x rear converter. . . .

another option is to consider renting the D FA 150-450mm or even the K 3 III

Trip has been cancelled out west. New plan is Knoxville TN area. My father lives over that way and we are tired of trying to work out a plan out west with the fires. Sigh. New thread planned.
