Sydney Pentax K200D user group

Well I was wondering how many K200D user who would like to meet for an afternoon of shooting and learning. It doesn't matter how many or how few. Let's see what happens. Surely 4 or 5 beginners could put together a good days learning. Yeah,

Hey jo why don't you register for the normal pentax meetup? So far we already got 4 people interested in coming along.

Hey Wilson again, I have to add I am not the person who is very good with Pentax that "Live andLearn" is talking about. I'm talking about 4, 5 6 or however many beginners getting together and learning together.

Hey Jo you should register your interest in my other thread located here (https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/gatherings-photo-trips-groups/99968-penta...-workshop.html). if you have done so it is fine.

I know. the meetup/workshop will be more beneficial for beginners who are still learning. gathering from the other thread, there are some users who will have some gears to be passed around for us to try (with care of course). We all will be sharing whatever knowledge we have =)

Ok we have 5 or 6 interested people. Not a bad number to get started. How about a suggestion. Saturday 29 May Parramatta River, Lennox Bridge say 2pm.

i think since all of us live within the inner west, it is better to meet in the sydney CBD. i am not familiar with the parramatta area, but is there anything interesting to take photos off?

I was thinking some landscape shots along the river, the bridge, Parramatta city with its highrise, coffee along the river to share some knowledge, maybe plan something for the future if it works well. Anyone interested?
