Sorry no live view for the 645D. It is usually the CMOS sensors that have live view and not the CCD ones.

Tilt shift

The Wiese lens sure looks a lot like the Hartblei

I think a 67 to 645 adapter that allowed tilts and shifts would be the best solution, it would allow you to use a larger variety of focal lengths, and 6x7 coverage on 44x33 would allow a decent range of moment. Granted you wont have as large an angle of view (35mm is the wides lens available for 67), but you could always use the shifts to merge a couple of shots together in PS.

just a word of warning, Medium format backs without AA filters can suffer from colour shifts with tilt/shift lenses. It is a common enough issue that in Capture one 5 they have a correction filter for eliminating the green/magenta colour cast.

from what I understand, this phenomenon is caused by an interaction between the Microlenses and the sharp angle of light striking them.

I have the Hartblei on the 645D

I have the Hartblei 45, adapted in ukraine to the Pentax mount. The lens is lovely engineered, you can find it on ebay.

The field of view looks like 35mm, give or take a couple.

In initial testing shifting beyond 8mm limits sharpness in the corners with my copy, maybe I need to also tilt a bit.

Focusing with the standard focus screen is really difficult though, be ready to focus by trial and error.

I would politely recommend to call'em. Some 3.5 years ago I gought 3.5/45mm SUperRotator in Mamiya mount (no matter it was listed "obsolete" on their site)

There was mention of a Mirax tilt/shift 645 lens in this thread w/ examples:
Alternative Tilt & Shift Thread - FM Forums

I couldn't dig anything up on them though..

For my Sinar back there is a correction tool. Is the Pentax 645D fully supported by C1? Do you know if the correction would work in c1?

I'm not sure, C1 has a history of being pretty average with it's support of Pentax cameras and DNG in general. I would wager that it wouldn't be available until 645D ownership becomes more dominant in the professional arena.

It depends, if it's just for perspective correction, computer can do well (including correcting barrrel distorsion) Now, if you need to master DOF, while not closing too much down (the tilt feature) then it can't really be replaced....
But DOF is rarely a problem for the 645 format; particularly not the cropped 645D format. How close foreground do you need?
Examples of very close foreground with the 645NII:

however, that is largely dependant on how large you are printing. DOF issues are magnified substantially by how large the image is printed, and with 40Mp you can produce some pretty large prints indeed; Can you say that everything from the moss on the rocks to the trees on the hills will be rendered crisply at 8x10,16X20,32X40 or 64X80?

I know large format photographers who are using full chip 645 digital backs that are focus stacking to increase DOF.

Thanks for the formula, but I did do my own calculation and came up with 37mm, so we're saying the same thing. The fact is, a 5D + 35mm Super Rot (or the Canon/Nikon 35mm tilt shift lenses) is going to give you pretty much the same thing as a 645D + 45mm Super Rot, and so the only advantage of the 645D is going to be the higher resolution. At 4x the cost :-)
In fact, there is NO 35mm TS in CaNikons lens linepup. Canon has 90, 45, 24 I&II and 17 TS-Es. That's all. I get 35 TS when I put Secor 35/3.5 on MIrex Mamiya-2-EF T&S adapter.
