645D and RAW-convertors

Will we see support of 645D in ACR, C1 pro, Lightroom, Bible and Silky Pix?

Are there any chances?

LR/ACR will support it because it has in camera .DNG and Adobe includes support for MF cameras in their product, SilkyPix will support it because Pentax is using ISL's code for its OEM raw converter and so I guess has good relations with ISL... C1 might not as it is MF camera competing with their own....but you can ask them directly in their forum (http://forum.phaseone.com/En/)... and Bibble developers too (http://support.bibblelabs.com/forums/)

you may be right . Remember what they have done with Leica (DMR for Leica-R)

C1 will support it, due to the fact that it can use the DNG raw file format. I have used it with the K7 and K10 for portraiture work. The biggest problem with C1 is the fact that it cannot apply lens corrections with the DNG format. hopefully, future versions will remedy this.

and the camera colour profiles need to be updated, or better yet make your own.

It most likely will mate. That is one of the great things about DNG, so many raw converters understand it and Adobe software which is the professional standard can open any DNG file. Even from cameras that weren't released at the time of the Raw converter's release.

It irks me how I have to convert every .CR2 and .NEF file from my Canon and Nikon DSLRs so I have the stability and platform transparency that DNG provides. That is one of the reasons why I support pentax with the purchase of equipment, because their cameras natively shoot DNG.

DNG is an open raw image format with a freely-available specification from Adobe (its owner). Naturally that would be the most widely compatible raw format as apposed to a secret, proprietary format from a camera manufacture that may require a license agreement to use by the author of a raw editor.
