Where can I purchase a 645D in the USA

Just checking to see if anyone knows of any pentad dealers that has a 645D to sell, that will also ship in the USA? I live in Utah.

Call up BHPhoto and see if they have any. I got lucky when I called and they had one in stock so I got mine last week. I think there are 4 people total carrying it in the US

You should also try pentaxwebstore.com. I had them as my backup source, with an order there as well as at B&H. Soon as the B&H unit arrived, I tried to cancel at pentaxwebstore, but that one had just shipped, too! So when it came, I sent it right back. Unless they have a waiting list, it might still be available.

Thanks Tim, I placed an order for one at the pentax website. I was going to get it from ace photo but I don't think they have a good return policy where as pentax online has a 2 week return policy.
Now what lenses to get ??

I read a recent review that the new Pentax 50mm had some slight problems - after 2 lenses. I have however watched a lot of old 645 bodies with 2 lens sets (75mm, 35mm, 80-160mm) go for in the neighborhood of $500 on craigslist. The old 75mm is suppose to be extremely good.....

The same review that the new 50mm didn't do so well on, used a 75mm with excellent results. I guess I need to go find the review...

Nope they have no idea, they get one in then it goes right out. I just like that they have the 14 day return policy incase I end up not wanting to keep it.
