I suggest it might be useful to have a continuing thread with 645D lens results. It should make it easier to find something in the future.
I'm finding manual focus with 67 lenses to be fairly straightforward. Here's an example with the 67 90mm f/2.8, wide open, focus on the nearer eye. Sorry about the model, no one else around and besides he doesn't complain. Whole scene and crop (actual pixels, no sharpening, handheld at 1/125, ISO 800!). I'm not having any trouble at longer distances either with this lens.
