Iso 100 or 200 645d

What am I giving up when shooting my 645d at iso 100 extended as opposed to its native 200 setting?

Steven,
according to DxO lab test, there is nothing to lose.

DxOMark - Pentax 645D

from their test you gain 1 stop in DR, but probably extremely accurate exposure is required to avoid
highlight blocking.

Sergio,
So do you shoot yours at 100 or 200?

My experience with 645d is limited.
Usually I prefer iso 100 on tripod, with long exposures and time to correct errors.
This is the example I posted in the FA35 interior test, this copy corrected for white balance.
Seems that long exposures at iso 100 have very low noise.

So far what I've been doing.

100ISO when shooting with strobes and I've got full control of the lighting situation.

200ISO when shooting indoors with a reasonable amount of light or outdoors.

400+ at night in lo-light and have shot at 400, 800 and 1600 and am happy with the results achieved.
