Casual 645D name-droppings

It is really starting to get noticed that with the announcement of Sigma's SD1 the 645D name is dropped all over the place. So I start a thread about it. Whenever you see an artikel where the 645D is mentioned, just drop it overhere. I think it is a good thing for Pentax and 645D.

For starters I name PetaPixel:
Sigma SD1 to Cost $9,700 in June and Take Title as Priciest APS-C DSLR

Sigma is reportedly targeting existing medium format shooters with this camera, but the sensor had better be out of this world to justify shelling out nearly 10K on a 1.5x crop factor 15MP DSLR, since photographers can pick up the 40-megapixel medium-format Pentax 645D for the same price.

It took some time but in the review from Sigma's SD1 the 645D is named and it is doing very well!

Question: I noticed in the Ryan HK snowboarding video he says he is switching to the focal plane shutter. Does this mean he was using leaf shutter lenses with the 645d before? I didn't know that the LS lenses would be compatible with the 645d for faster sync speeds. Doesn't say so in any of the specs I've seen. Can anyone shed any light??

Yes, 645D supports leafshutter lenses, but in a fully manual control.
