645 issue with picture corners

When I use a 45mm on my 645, I get black corners on some of the frames (aperture does not matter). I have gotten the same issue on some B&W that I developed, and thought maybe I had loaded a portion of the film onto the reel incorrectly, but the below shot was processed at a local camera store. Anyone have any ideas what's going on??

Do you use a round hood by any chance? If it's too deep, it might be that you are getting vignetting with hood on and no vignetting with hood off.

I had not considered that, but it makes sense. I will shoot a roll without the
hood. Thanks!

You should be able to spot it in the viewfinder.

Maybe not, the viewfinder is not 100%.

Oh yeah, filters also would do that. Maybe if you're using too many or if filters are too thick, that would happen.

Even with 100% view it may not be noticeable. Two cases in point. My Hasseblad 500 C/M and Distagon CB T* 60mm. I put the 80mm lens hood on and looked through the view finder. Looked okay. The shots ended up with lens hood vignetting. Same with my Distagon CF T* FLE 50mm with two filters. I didn't see any noticeable vignetting. Maybe looking at a pure white area would have helped.

Thanks to all for the thoughts and suggestions! I had the hood screwed onto the filter and am sure this is the issue. Thank goodness it is a simple fix!
