645D bugs? or my misunderstandings..

1) i turn on iso expansion in custom menu, but can`t select iso 100, iso1600 is available though, i shoot in manual mode. is it a bug?

2) i turn off noise reduction, but when shooting long exposure pictures i have to wait when Pentax ends his NR job (blinking NR on top-display) Very annoying and longish process.... one more bug? NR in camera can`t compare NR in Photoshop (Noise Ninja or Neat Image)...

3)what about pixel mapping, is it working? it seems that i have 3 dead pixels which appearing under certain circumstances.. progress bar goes to 50% than to 100% (very quickly) and nothing happens, camera showing no report at all. please advice..

ps i have latest firmware 1.11

1. Disable expanded dynamic range in your shooting menu

2. Disable "Slow-shutter speed noise reduction". This is separate from regular noise reduction.

3. Not sure.

It doesn't give any messages when doing pixelmapping. Did it help solve your dead pixels when jpg's are turning out of the camera? (I'm guessing in the dark parts of an image).

Slow-shutter speed noise reduction is set in off position, and NR never the less is applied, very weird

The firmware on the 645D is based on the K-7 and K-5 Firmware. On my K-7, the noise reduction is also always performed when the exposure time is longer than 30 seconds, no matter if I turn it off or not.
I read somewhere that this is normal (although annoying).

That doesn't work. It restarts where it stops. Tried that tonight as light was changing rapidly, and had amazing light tonight....

I've emailed the Operations Manager for Pentax UK who helped me with my repair. I'll fee back the response. It's annoying because I had amazing light last night but wasn't able to take full advantage of it as had to wait for the camera to be ready. I can see a need for NR on it, but if you're shooting ISO of 100 or 200 it's not exactly a huge need
