Since when in street photography you did not have to catch the "moment"?

I am not talking about portraits of the bride & groom or group shots at a wedding, Pal. Of course you can use a medium format camera there. But we've been talking about shooting in low light, right, where I said using the 645D at a wedding in a church at low light makes no sense at all because you gotta be quick and on time. Which you are not with a 645D.

If you can shoot a whole wedding day with a Holga, I am sure I can do the same with a Canon at 1.2 and 7fps.
I'd like to see that. Let's do one together.

phonoline, you are simply saying the working method that you like must be the only working method possible. That is just not an argument. Many photographer take different approaches beyond the general recommendations floated around and make them work really successfully. I have used the 645D and it is a very quick camera to work with and great at capturing the moments.

The initial question was: how is the FA 80-160 (with the 645D, I suppose) at low light in a church. My answer is: not that good. Don't do it. But if photofreek wants to do it his way or another: let him do so.
It is my opinion and my way to work, Yamanobori, whatelse can I say?
