Chosing the right prism for the pentax 67

I'm buying the pentax 67 (1989) camera body and wants to figure out the right penta prism for it.
Since there were 4 versions pentax 6x7, pentax 6x7 late, pentax 67 and pentax 67 II, I'm wondering if each version had a it's own penta prism or if a particular prism would work with any model ?

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

The 67 and 6x7 ttl prism will not work on the 67ii. The 67ii AE prism will not work on the two older bodies. The non metered prisms (WLF) will work on any body.

With the introduction of the 67 also came a minor appearance change of the brand. The 67 TTL and WLF had a glossy surface with just PENTAX on it. The 6x7 had a textured surface with ASAHI or HONEYWELL PENTAX on it.

The biggest operational difference between the first model run of 6x7 and later was that the very first cameras didn't have mirror lock up. Pentax made some internal changes over the years, especially to the film transport, which was decidedly flakey on the very first (non MLU version).
Advice: make sure you get a 6x7 with mirror lock.
