PPG- can't choose 67 and 645

Not sure if this fits here or if it has already been posted.
I'm trying to submit a scanned image I took with my 67 to the PPG and it is asking for the camera model but doesn't have any of the medium format cameras listed.
Anyone run into this?

Just found it listed in the DSLR section.
