Which Soft-Case to use?

Hi
Is there a chart that shows which soft case to use for each of the 645 lenses?

Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. I measure my larger lenses (length and diameter) and then look at the case inside demensions. Lowepro has some excellent lens cases at reasonable prices if you shop around. Note that I am only familier with 35mm lenses. Good luck!

There is a Pentax 645 "Interchangeable Lenses" guide and it tells you which cases and hoods belong to which lens. This guide is also available for 6x7 and 35mm Pentax systems. A must have for each format.

Thanks!

Thanks to Phil and others for the info. Does anyone know where I can get a PDF version of the 645 Lens guide?

The Pentax web site has all the old manuals, though they are b&w photocopies.

Yeah I can only find the 35mm lens guide on the Pentax site as well. Here are colour copies I found on another web site, much easier to read. The A and FA lens guides.

http://www.pentax-manuals.com/manuals/medformat/a%20lenses_s.pdf

http://www.pentax-manuals.com/manuals/medformat/fa%20lens%20early.pdf

The password is Pentax if you are asked for one.

The 645 lens review in this forum also mentions the soft cases, see Pentax 645 Telephoto Primes - Lens Reviews and Specifications - SLR and Interchangeable Lenses - Pentax Lens Reviews & Lens Database
