Hi,

I'm new to this forum-a month ago I bought (a cheap) minty 67 II-but it definitly has a winding problem-when I wind the camera, the shutter doesn't cock-but it transports the fim... -and you hear the winding mechanism ratchet-and sometimes when it works shoot I have to transport the film twice-so I end up with only 5 pics...
So does anybody here know what causes this? And does anybody know a good Pentax 67 repairmen in the Netherlands(besides Will van Manen).

Ouch, that does not even sound as if near in gear. The rough swing of the crank tells the story of it having a major part of the shutter cocking portion that is just not where it is suppose to be. I wish I could help, but if just looks like it needs some serious repair.

Used 67ll have often got terrible transport problems. I had one that gave me 9 or 8 frames on every 120 roll , and with the low volume i was shooting it was cheaper to not fix the problem and just go with it, but at 5 frames per roll i would perhaps get it repaired.

Finally I've had it repaired by Will van Manen in the Netherlands! Now I'm in the market for a nice 67 105mm

Congrats on the repair. 67 lenses have dropped quite a bit in value, so that 105 you are looking for should be quite affordable. Good luck.
