Well, both Phase and Hasselblad solutions have higher resolution and larger sensors (in terms of physical area) within some of their solutions (including interchangeable backs - which necessarily takes up space itself) so I would say there is plenty of room within the already quite large 645D body. Remember the body shell is very like the 645 film bodies - which accommodated full size 645 film. Cost is another matter of course ;-)
