Interesting macro lens converted for Pentax 645

I have seen this lens up on ebay for a while now.

Kern Macro-Yvar 150mm f/3.3 Pentax 645D 645N II,150/3.3 | eBay

It is quite expensive but looks very unique. I count 15 aperture blades but I don't see any markings on the lens for stopping down? There are several rings there, one is focusing and I assume one of the others controls the aperture. Would love to see the bokeh that this lens generates.

I haven't been able to find out much information on the lens from my limited searching but it seems to have originally been a motion video lens. Does anybody know anything about it?

Kern, if I remember correctly, produced high quality lenses for Alpa, among others. The Kern-Switar was one. However, given the quality of the Pentax 645 120 macro, which can be found in E+ condition for perhaps $400, who would bother with this one? Odds are that it has no coupling to the camera, whereas the Pentax couples diaphragm, etc.

There are some other weird lens adaptions for Pentax 645 and 67 around. This one for instance:

Or the other way around, adapted bodies:
