Pentax 645D best SDHC card?

Gentlemen and Ladies,
I read this thread: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/...bs-extpro.html
and still don't know which SDHC card I should purchase for my 645D
I'm thinking Sandisk 32GB because of the size of the files
After reading that thread, I'll steer clear of the 95mps cards, should I get the 45mps or the 30mps?
In the thread it was stated that the 645D writes at 30mps, but there is also the speed from the card to the computer when importing the images to consider
Do you think the 45mps cards would be a good compromise or is it better to match the 30mps of the camera?
Thanks,
Bob

Because many of the 30mb/s cards actually have much slower write speeds, I'd recommend the 45mb/s cards. Here's what I use in my Pentax cameras:
SanDisk 32GB SDHC Memory Card Extreme Class 10 SDSDX2-032G-X46

They're fast enough for my cameras and for my laptop's card reader while remaining affordable

To think you'll get 45mb/s from your 645D with "recommended" SanDisk would be INCORRECT. Since 645D does NOT support UHS-I (45mb/s speed), it would be degraded to 30mb/s as the previous generation Class 10. You can get that for half the price of (unsupported by 645D) UHS-I. Only Pentax K-01 is specified to support UHS-I 45mb/s speed. Perhaps a 645D Mk2 will, if that ever happens... Read the fine print before buying, as always.

For my 645D, I run the Sandisk Extreme 32GB SD cards rated at 45MB/s. They don't work any faster in the camera but they are faster to transfer onto the laptop afterwards. It's a reasonable compromise in download speed vs. cost. If you shoot a lot then some download time savings could be worth it for you, otherwise probably not so just stick with the 30MB/s cards...
