Shutter release cable for 645NII

Does anyone know what oddball tip is used on the 645NII cable release? I'm thinking about trying to make a cord to trigger the camera with a pocket wizard and those releases are super hard to find. It would be great if I could buy or make a tip somehow.

Does the electronic Cable-F release that fits the 645N not fit the NII? I'd prefer this cable release, as I have it for my 645N and use it whenever I use the tripod.

Hard to find but there is :
- cable release CS-105 (50cm)
- and CS-130 (3m)
having 3 connectors : same as for MZ-S, and definitely different from F cable release used for 645N or Pz-1 for example.

Unfortunately it doesn't use the Cable Switch F. It uses the CS-105 and CS-130 are very hard to find.

I'm defintely not interested in paying $100+ for a cable switch just so I can cut the tip off to make a pocket wizard cord. I'm trying to figure out if the tip is totally custom to these two models of Pentax or if there would be another source somewhere just for the tip alone. Or maybe some other way I can hack together a connector.

Another question to ask is why with the P645NII Pentax went with a different cable release from the Cable Switch F, for what was essentially the same camera as the P645N?
I have a P645N, and have discovered that in adapting an F cord end with an inline 3.5mm jack so that I could use it with extension cables and other circuits, there is something odd about either about the additional resistance of a longer cable, or perhaps RF noise being introduced as if the cable becomes an antenna, that causes the half-depress metering circuit to "latch" (once triggered, it won't shut off). Happens with shielded jacks, and chokes don't fix it. Same short end of cable attached to a circuit with optical isolation (such as when using the Phottix Cleon II or a Yongnuo RF602) solves problem. May be the reason for the CS-105 and CS-130?
