The 645D IR isn't sold to consumers. You will have to contact Pentax Japan directly to see if you can get one.

Also it has no bayer filter so that means you can not shoot coloured images with a single photo.
It's basicly soley meant to shoot IR.

incorrect, the 645D IR still has the bayer filter. All the sensors Pentax have been using in the 645D are specifically for colour photography and have their bayer filters intact. To remove the Bayer filter Pentax would have to use a sensor that was made without one in the first place*.If you have a UV/IR cut filter it is perfectly usable for visible light imaging.

*it is possible to remove the Bayer filter from a sensor without replacing it. However, it is very difficult to do and there is a distinct possibility of destroying the sensor, not to mention voiding any manufacturers warranty that may have covered it from damage.

I would love to have one of these, but it would be quite an expensive tool. This is from the article Anvh linked, and it confirms exactly what Adam says.

Available immediately, the Pentax 645D IR won't be sold directly to the public; instead it's aimed at research, archival, and law enforcement use. It will be sold only in limited quantities in the Japanese market, with annual production expected to be in the region of just 100 units. Pricing, not surprisingly, hasn't been disclosed. (If you have to ask, you likely can't afford it.)
