I have read that Contax-645 flange distance is only 64mm and Pentax-645 70.87mm. Those nearlly 7mm depth should allow to make an adapter with infinity focus. My attempts converting a Pentacon-6 lens adapter could only allow me to use my lenses for macro. Anybody knows who can produce such adapter?

I own both Pentax and Carl Zeiss lenses but found none to beat my SMC PENTAX-A 645 MACRO 4/120mm

Personally I don´t know any manufacturer who makes adapters for Pentax 645 lenses to Contax 645 camera (what not means there is none ). Ask a small one (e.g. Herrn Zörkendorfer (Zoerk) at Munich) if it is makeable and the costs for it (note may be an used Apo-Macro Planar 4/120mm is at the similar price ).
