I took last year the 645D also with me to a Muah Thai fightnight, and only the 55mm lens with me.

Well as far as I know it is the combination off larger sensor and large pixels that will give great low noise with hi iso.
Looking at the performance for the current camera's:

So I guess that when the difference between aps-c and full frame is the same as between 645D and full frame comparing sensor size then the sports low light hi iso performance will be around
iso 5000 in this same messurement. Unless offcourse there is a new technological advantage created that is not yet present in current sensors. If so, maybe the new D4s will get that same boost. Even so there will be more noise coming in at hi iso, but maybe even iso 25.600 will be very well to clean up.
