645 film - shutter jam?

Hey guys.
I went to take my 645 out today after it sitting for most of the winter. It's been a flawless camera for me until now...

I fired the shutter today, and it wouldn't wind to the next frame, it just made a motor buzzing noise. I take the screw from the bottom and attach it to the side to manually advance the curtain and lower the mirror back in place, but it still wont fire from the shutter button. I can however fire it from the screw, but it just buzzes again and I got to manually advance the curtain. Does not look like the film advances in the carrier.

any ideas?

Google failed me as I keep getting sticky 645D issues.
