Pentax 67II 120/220

As I wind on to frame 12, it is apparent I have accidentally loaded 220 not 120...

However, my selector switch is still set to 120 - shall I just leave it, or attempt to move it to 220 in a dark environment?

And is this film ruined sharpness-wise?

Tried to search, but couldn't find anything!

Thanks.

If it were me, I would go to a darkroom and rewind the film back to its spool, reset the camera to 220, reload the film to frame 1, fire the camera with the lens cap on to frame 10, then resume shooting as normal.

The focus point is slightly different between 120 and 220 due to the film backing but if you are shooting at smaller stops, the depth of focus will be large enough to compensate for the difference. Wide open could be a problem.
