Couple of 645Z Questions...

Does anyone use the D Range settings on the 645Z - is there any advantage in doing so or does it degrade the IQ?

Likewise with the HDR Capture option; is this any good or is it better to take three bracketed shots and process manually? I am also assuming it doesn't respect Mirror Up when it takes the shots with HDR capture enabled?

I did as well, but according the the manual it's both - we'll it doesn't say it is JPEG only, which it does with other functions.
